Zuanich Law
We specialize in criminal and civil appeals, family law, general civil litigation, business law, personal injury, and post-conviction civil relief.
Business Experience
We're not just attorneys. We're also business owners.
In addition to practicing law for over 35 years, Rob Zuanich co-founded a community bank in the Seattle area and managed one of the West Coast's largest commercial fishing companies for over two decades. Rob also co-founded and currently helps manages Silver Bay Seafoods, the largest fisherman-owned seafood processing company in the entire country.
We specialize in business development and business litigation, including corporate formation, insurance and tax issues, and contract disputes.
Judicial Experience
We know how judges think. For nearly 10 years, Brian Zuanich has served as a pro tem judge (i.e. substitute judge) in many Washington courts, including King, Snohomish, Kitsap, and Pierce counties.
Brian regularly presides over criminal and civil hearings in district and municipal court, including personal injury cases, business disputes, and criminal cases, including post-conviction issues.
Insurance Experience
We understand how insurance companies really work. Rob Zuanich managed maritime insurance companies for over 25 years, and Brian Zuanich worked as an insurance defense attorney in state and federal courts for several years.
Litigation Experience
We know our way around a courtroom. Before focusing on business law, Rob Zuanich litigated cases in Washington courts as a personal injury and criminal defense attorney. Brian Zuanich spent over seven years as a prosecutor in both Massachusetts and Washington, handling cases ranging from motor vehicle homicides and sexual assaults to felony drug dealing and DUIs. Brian has tried approximately 200 cases, including over 100 jury trials.
